Week 8 Reflection

For the class of week 8, our lecturer just check the progress of our mini project report. The lecturer call the groups randomly and ask the members a few question and give comments to improvise the report. 

During this week, our group still interviewing the participants and fill their details on our report. Below is the list of our group's participants

For the second class of the week, we learn about Topic 6, define phase. Define phase is where we put together the information we have created and gathered during the Empathize phase. This is where we determine the problem statement and user need statement.  A problem statement is a human-centered description of an obstacle or concern developed from what we learned about our customers' needs in the initial stage. This will assist the us to identify customer needs. Problem statement must be short and from the customer's Point-Of-View. A user need statement is an actionable problem statement used to summarize who a particular user is, the user’s need, and why the need is important to that user.
